MANDATORY INFORMATION: Tumor cellularity, histological size, and the number of involved lymph nodes (essential for reporting results).
A minimum of 30% tumor cells is required to perform the test.
- If at least 30% tumor cells:
Send us two 10µm tissue sections, each in a 1.5 ml microcentrifuge tube.
- If less than 30% tumor cells:
Macrodissection is required. If this is not possible in your practice, please send us the block.
