The sample MUST be stored and transported at +4°C and must arrive at the laboratory within a maximum of 4 days after collection. Please include the "MOLECULAR DIAGNOSIS OF FACIOSCAPULOHUMERAL DYSTROPHY (FSHD)" requisition form along with the patient's informed consent form for the test.
